Four types of physical keycap alignment and color‑coding error‑proofing
The W05 product features four physical keying schemes, with each key position assigned a distinct color, ensuring that even when multiple connectors with the same pin count are mated blindly, misalignment is prevented. This significantly enhances user‑friendliness and reduces the likelihood of errors.

CPA Design: During the product assembly process, the relatively high ambient noise in the factory often makes the standard click‑to‑lock sound difficult for workers to detect. The W04’s CPA design ensures proper connector mating, preventing loose or detached connectors that could result from incomplete insertion. Additionally, the CPA significantly enhances the retention force after mating, thereby improving the overall structural integrity of the connector.

FPC/FFC in SMT processes
