Experience Requirements:

3–5 years

1. Investment feasibility analysis and capacity planning for new projects;
2. Able to advance new project product development and pilot production;
3. Able to directly liaise with any department within the factory and coordinate resources across all units to ensure the smooth progression of new projects through to mass production;
4. Proficient in using Excel and other office software, with strong communication and coordination skills, as well as robust logical thinking and a strong team spirit.
5. Recent graduates, science and engineering majors
6. Prior experience as a Project Manager in the connector industry is preferred.
