I. Introduction
This report aims to present the company’s corporate social responsibility practices and achievements, demonstrating its commitment to and fulfillment of its social responsibilities. Adhering to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and transparency, and grounded in data and factual evidence, this report provides a comprehensive overview of the company’s performance in economic, environmental, and social dimensions.
II. Company Overview
Qidong Qianshuo Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a wholly owned subsidiary established in Qidong by Shenzhen Qiande Electronics Co., Ltd. With an investment of RMB 300 million, the company was founded on September 1, 2009, and its factory occupies over 200 mu of land. The Company’s core business encompasses the design and manufacture of electronic connectors, along with sales and related services. Its product portfolio includes Pin‑Push series, BTB series, Type‑C series, antenna‑spring‑contact connectors, and more. In addition to offering customers comprehensive turnkey solutions for mobile‑phone connector products, the Company independently designs and produces DDR‑series connectors, successfully entering the notebook‑computer connector market. In the automotive connector segment, it has completed the development and design of FPC connectors for in‑vehicle DVD systems and has commenced mass production. Moving forward, the Company is leading the development of safety‑related automotive electronic connectors and double‑layer terminal harness connectors, further expanding its presence in the automotive market. Currently, its key customers include well‑known brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, and Apple.
III. Corporate Social Responsibility Performance
A. Laborer
The company explicitly prohibits forced labor and strengthens awareness‑raising and training initiatives to enhance employees’ legal literacy and self‑protection capabilities. It also strictly forbids the employment of child labor and minors. The company complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours, carefully schedules work and overtime, strives to implement a “six days on, one day off” arrangement, ensures that weekly overtime does not exceed statutory limits, and guarantees that all overtime is voluntary. Furthermore, in accordance with applicable laws, the company pays employees remuneration no less than the local minimum wage for regular working hours, respects each employee’s freedom of association and dignity, safeguards their lawful rights, and ensures a workplace and living environment free from discrimination, harassment, and abuse.
B. Health and Safety
The company conducts employee health examinations in accordance with occupational safety and health requirements to prevent work‑related illnesses, strengthens food‑service management to avert food poisoning, and implements measures to mitigate heat stress while safeguarding female workers, thereby further demonstrating the company’s growing commitment to environmental protection and workplace health and safety. Production schedules are carefully planned, and maintenance of test‑run equipment, air compressors, and other production assets is rigorously enforced. Environmental and safety awareness training has been implemented to enhance employees’ environmental consciousness. The company also conducts annual fire‑safety drills, ensures that fire‑escape routes remain unobstructed, and performs daily inspections of fire‑fighting equipment to maintain fire safety.
C. Environment
The company has obtained an environmental permit and implements segregated waste collection by providing designated containers and areas for “recyclable,” “non-recyclable,” and “hazardous solid waste.” It has also entered into agreements with the local sanitation authority to ensure effective management of the company’s municipal solid waste, recyclable solid waste, and hazardous waste. Additionally, the Administration Department conducts energy‑saving training and awareness campaigns, posts signage such as “Conserve Water” and “Conserve Electricity,” and the Finance Department compiles monthly reports on the company’s water and electricity consumption. Chemicals are labeled with safety information, and data on hazardous substances—including chemicals and waste—are tracked and recorded to ensure their safe handling, transportation, storage, use, recycling or reuse, and disposal. The company also monitors its gaseous emissions. Furthermore, it has established greenhouse gas reduction targets and is actively pursuing energy optimization.
D. Morality
The company upholds honesty and integrity, maintaining transparency and sincerity toward customers, suppliers, partners, and all stakeholders. In our business dealings, we strictly adhere to the spirit of contracts, ensuring consistency between words and actions, thereby fostering a strong corporate reputation. At the same time, we strengthen internal management of business ethics, promote fair competition, deter unfair competitive practices, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both businesses and consumers, while preventing commercial bribery and corruption. Internally, we reinforce the creation, management, implementation, and protection of the company’s intellectual property, maintain confidentiality, protect personal privacy, and prevent the unauthorized disclosure of documents, information, and technologies.
E. Management System
The company has established a dedicated RBA Management System Implementation Committee, responsible for the planning and execution of the management system. Led by a senior executive, this department comprises several functional teams, each tasked with addressing key areas such as labor rights, health and safety, environmental protection, business ethics, and intellectual property. These teams collaborate closely to ensure the effective implementation of the management system. The company has developed a series of policy documents that articulate its core values and code of conduct, providing clear guidance and standards for employees and suppliers. At the same time, it has put in place a robust oversight mechanism, conducting regular inspections and evaluations of policy compliance to ensure effective implementation. A comprehensive risk‑assessment framework has also been established, encompassing four key stages: risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and response. In addition, the company has set specific quality objectives and annual training plans, while strengthening internal communication and collaboration to facilitate information sharing and coordinated efforts across departments. It maintains strong communication and cooperative relationships with external stakeholders, jointly driving the continuous improvement and evolution of the management system. The operation of the management system is subject to ongoing monitoring and evaluation, enabling the timely identification and correction of any issues. Through regular internal audits and management reviews, the system’s effectiveness, adaptability, and adequacy are assessed and enhanced. Based on the findings from these monitoring and evaluation activities, the management system is continuously refined and optimized, with its framework and processes iteratively improved to boost efficiency and performance.

The company has implemented effective measures for the discharge of exhaust gases and wastewater, yielding significant environmental benefits. Waste emissions have been substantially reduced, and resource‑use efficiency has improved markedly. By recycling and reusing end‑of‑life products and waste materials, the company has minimized resource wastage and environmental pollution. Its environmental awareness campaigns have also achieved positive results, enhancing employees’ environmental consciousness. Furthermore, by adopting advanced production processes and technologies, the company has lowered energy consumption and curtailed greenhouse gas emissions; it has launched energy‑saving and emission‑reduction initiatives—such as installing solar photovoltaic panels and deploying energy‑efficient equipment—that have effectively reduced its carbon footprint.
