Dual-contact terminal design
The design, which relies on dual-contact terminals, achieves a more reliable and secure connection.
During assembly, it produces a crisp clicking sound and a distinct snap‑in feel, meeting the requirements for secure installation.
The superior terminal design provides a contact travel of 0.13 mm, ensuring excellent electrical contact.
Drawstring armor design
Compared with traditional armor, the pull‑out‑type armor design can better encase plastic materials, thereby enhancing structural strength.
Draw‑type armor can provide improved guiding performance for the connector (maximum misalignment in the X/Y axes ≥ 0.3 mm).
The pull‑out armor design shortens the flow path, effectively boosting the maximum current‑carrying capacity to 7 A.
The dual-contact design of the long‑stroke arm on the pull‑type armor delivers greater interference and axial force, ensuring product stability.
Full-enclosure armor + central island armor design
The fully enclosed, stretchable armor enhances protection along the length and width of the plastic shell’s exterior, thereby increasing overall structural strength.
The fully enclosing armor effectively prevents plastic damage during the fastening process.
The fully enclosed armor provides improved alignment performance for the connector (maximum misalignment of 0.3 mm in the X and Y axes).
