1. At least three years of experience in connector product design.
2. Understand the properties of plastic and metal materials, and be familiar with injection molding.
3. Candidates with R&D experience in connectors and related industries are preferred; familiarity with injection molding and stamping processes, along with a basic understanding of electroplating, is required.
